Information collected
The enquiry form can collect name, destination, email, WhatsApp number, vehicle preferences, budget and message content. The server may also process ordinary technical request data needed for security and delivery. This site does not ask for payment-card details or passwords.
Purpose and legal basis
Information is used to answer enquiries, clarify sourcing requirements, prepare candidate or logistics discussions, prevent abuse and keep a business record. Processing depends on the request, consent where required and legitimate operational or legal needs.
Who may receive information
Relevant Panda operating entities and service providers may process information. A request can require exporters, inspectors, logistics providers or destination advisers, but information should be limited to what the task requires. International processing may occur because vehicle sourcing crosses borders.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, transaction, dispute, compliance or security purpose, then deleted or anonymised where practical. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is risk-free.
Enquiry information should not be used as a substitute for the formal identity, payment or contract checks required in a vehicle transaction. Buyers should avoid sending unnecessary identity files and should independently confirm any later request for sensitive financial information.
Cookies and analytics
The current static site does not set advertising profiles or promise behavioural analytics. Infrastructure providers may process essential network and security data. If analytics or additional cookies are introduced, this policy and any required controls should be updated.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent for future enquiry handling, or ask a privacy question by emailing info@pandausedcars.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes.
